Having a solid background in Agriculture, Steven brings a financial theme to his data analytics. He has a passion for Tableau and the exploratory analytics that Tableau allows. While working for a large Agricultural firm, he developed and used his skills in Tableau to share detailed visualizations and reports to bring visibility to the financials of each crop.

Coming from Engineering, Paul brings an operational and mechanical approach to his problem solving. He has a passion for Photography and visualizations that enhances UI Consulting’s approach to data visualizations. He has a keen eye for inviting visuals as well as an operational and industrial approach to his analytics.

Christopher Doidge founded UI Consulting to share his passion for data analytics. Christopher worked in both the Medical and Agriculture industries where he developed his skills for reporting and analytics. Working in both operations and data support roles, he quickly discovered that business has a key disconnect in the way operation is conducted and the way IT supports data needs. Most businesses require IT support to perform any sort of analysis, causing a bottleneck that slows productivity and increases cost. By improving outdated processes and bringing them to the digital age, a business can capture and analyze metrics at each step to measure how business processes are performing to constantly improve.
